Joe Pintimalli, CPP, founded South Florida Payroll Services in 2007.  He had formerly built and sold one of the most successful payroll services in the Northeast US, and then served as Regional Vice President for one of the nation’s top 5 payroll providers.

The creation of South Florida Payroll Services enabled Joe to put his vision for the industry into action and create a company that would give customers what is missing in the payroll industry: VALUE.  Joe recognized that in the past, most businesses could only choose from the behemoth national companies that focus on bottom line profits rather than customer satisfaction.  These big payroll service bureaus grew larger through over-inflated processing fees and endless nickel-and-dime charges.  However, Joe knew there was a better way to build a payroll service, one that would not include inexperienced and uncaring payroll processors.  South Florida Payroll Services prides itself on providing a high-quality, customer focused payroll service at a very competitive rate.

Mr. Pintimalli holds the designation of Certified Payroll Professional. The Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is payroll certification attained by individuals who possess a high level of professional competency through both the acquisition of knowledge and direct payroll experience.

Cory - has been with South Florida Payroll since November of 2007. Cory’s primary focus is to build relationships and guide every new client towards the best payroll solution. Cory’s has also succeeded in building a  network of clients and business acquaintances that help each other succeed in today’s highly competitive business environment. Cory believes that by consistently operating his business with integrity his role with South Florida Payroll will help him build a loyal client base. In his spare time Cory enjoys time with his son Carson. Cory also is interested in athletics and mentoring youth.

Darwin - Joined South Florida Payroll on our first day. He has over 10 years of experience in business development, sales and sales management. Darwin’s believes that in order for our company to grow we need to: “be the very best at what we do and take care of the customer by doing what we commit to do.” Fortunately, South Florida Payroll has a terrific reputation within the industry and it is Darwin’s responsibility to share our story with businesses that can benefit from our expertise. Away from work, Darwin likes to travel to exotic destinations.

Leonor – has been with us since the very beginning. Leonor manages our tax department and generally assures smooth operations. When special issues arise, Leonor handles them with her unique calmness and expertise. She has been administering payroll for over 20 years and has earned her CPP designation with the American Payroll Association.  The Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is payroll certification attained by individuals who possess a high level of professional competency through both the acquisition of knowledge and direct payroll experience. Leonor likes spending time with her husband Orlando and her family & friends.

Farah has been with us since September 2009. She has more than 10 years of experience in the payroll industry and has also earned her Certified Payroll Professional Certification.  The Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is payroll certification attained by individuals who possess a high level of professional competency through both the acquisition of knowledge and direct payroll experience. She runs our training department and is an expert in implementing customized solutions to fit individual client needs. In her time off Farah loves anything and everything Disney and traveling with her family.

Akraly has been with South Florida Payroll Services since March of 2009. Akraly comes to us with 11 years of experience in the payroll industry. Akraly makes sure that everything is in place and just the way the client requested it before their first payroll run. She also runs our Pay-As-You-Owe Workers’ Comp Department. Clients respect her commitment to provide the best service in the payroll industry. If you’ve had the pleasure of working with Akraly, you know that you can depend on her to get the job done. On her personal time, Akraly enjoys The Miami Heat and time with her family.
