Before First Login

Please read this document thoroughly prior to logging in.  Download the Printing and File Transfer Agents by visiting clicking on the links below

Platinum Printing Agent
Select the Platinum Printing Agent for your system (Standard 32-bit or 64-bit) click here.

Platinum File Transfer Agent
To allow bulk file transfers to and from your PlatinumPay system, click here.

To Login
  1. Using Microsoft Internet Explorer, browse to www.southfloridapayroll.com 
  2. Click on Online Payroll  log in button.
  3. Use the login credential provided by South Florida Payroll’s training department below to login.


You will be prompted to change the password the first time you login, please review the password rules below

Password Rules:

  • Username and passwords are case sensitive
  • The system will require password changes every 120 days
  • Passwords must be at least 8 characters in length
  • Passwords must contact 3 of the following 4 types: 
  • Passwords cannot resemble your user name or previous passwords
  • Uppercase letters, Lowercase letters, Numbers, Symbols (special characters)
